Shipping price is a table rate based on the total price of your order and weight.

Unless specifically requested to do so, we will not ship wine during extreme weather conditions and are not responsible for wine damaged due to such conditions.
Robust does not ship on Saturday or Sunday. Due to shipping restrictions we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes or military base addresses and certain states. All wines are subject to market availability and any wines ordered on the Robust website can only be shipped to reciprocal wine states.
Returns to Robust must be made within 30 days of the invoice date. You are responsible for shipping costs of all returns. Please allow 2-3 weeks for refunds to be processed and credited to your account.
Exchanges to Robust must be made within 30 days of the invoice date. You are responsible for shipping costs of all returns if you want to exchange the product.
If you were shipped incorrect items and want to return it, return the item(s) to us, we will credit your account for your shipping charges and ship your order to you correctly. We will refund shipping ground charges only. No additional charges are billed to you.
For your safety, all returns should be sent via UPS, Federal Express, or any other courier that issues a tracking number. We are not responsible for lost returns or exchanges if they do not track back to our address.
When ordering wine for shipping, you authorize Robust, LLC to engage a common carrier to deliver the wine on your behalf. The purchaser is solely responsible for any shipment made by Robust, LLC. Robust, does not, as a condition of sale, assume any obligation nor bear any responsibility whatsoever for applying or obtaining any permits or licenses. Each state regulates the laws of wine shipping differently. By utilizing our service, the purchaser is agreeing to comply with their local and state laws regarding the purchase, transportation and delivery of wines including any limitations on the amount of alcoholic beverage one may purchase and bring into their jurisdiction. You are advised to investigate such limitations and to determine the manner in which alcoholic beverages may lawfully be brought into your state.
The purchaser is solely responsible for obtaining permits (if required) and paying any fees and other taxes in order to take possession of the wine if the wine is sent to a state outside of Missouri. All purchases shipped within Missouri are subject to all applicable local taxes.
